Make Yourself Cozy is a beautiful book by Kate Vaz that not only educates about self care but has so many cute illustrations that illustrate examples of how you can practise self care yourself.
You may remember Katie Vaz from a previous post of mine about her book, The Escape Manual for Introverts – well Vaz once again hits the nail on the head with this book. For the type of person who would be researching of looking for self care ideas, potentially would be the same as those looking for the The Escape Manual for Introverts, and Vaz really knows her audience as there are so many excellent suggestions.
