Book Bingo Update 5

Sci-Fi

The Fox, The Dog, and the King by Matt Doyle.

I feel so bad that it took me so long to read and review this book 😅 Especially since it and the first book of the Cassie Tam series are so amazing.

While I wouldn’t class this book as a typical Sci-Fi novel is nonetheless occupies such a Sci-Fi space. I’m constantly in awe of the technology of these books and love the world building surrounding these sci-fi-mysteries.

BI Main Character

Play it Again by Aiden Wayne.

Play It Again has previously been reviewed on this site and I loved it! One of the romantic leads, Dovid, identifies as bisexual and at different parts of the books mentions his previous relationships with different genders.

I really did enjoy Play It Again and it was really nice having that bisexual representation within the book. While it did not play a large part of the book, which is a M/M Romance, it was still how Dovid identified and at no point was he shamed or forced to explain his bisexuality.

How is your book bingo going? Have you hit bingo yet or are you steadily working your way through it? Leave a comment and let me know 😊

    1. Oh thank goodness 😅 I like to read the Cassie Tam books in one sitting (so I have all the twist and turns fresh in my mind), so its been a struggle to find a whole day to dedicate to them. I still have LV48 to go so hopefully I’ll have a review posted soon 😊
