Anticipated Arrival: C.S. Pacat’s Fence Vol.1

Anticpated arrivals

What is it?!fence

A graphic novel series by C.S.Pacat, Fence looks at the world of fencing. Below is the blurb of the upcoming graphic novel, mainly because I have next to no idea about the plot of the series 😛

Nicholas, the illegitimate son of a retired fencing champion, is a scrappy fencing wunderkind, and dreams of getting the chance and the training to actually compete. After getting accepted to the prodigious Kings Row private school, Nicholas is thrust into a cut-throat world, and finds himself facing not only his golden-boy half-brother, but the unbeatable, mysterious Seiji Katayama…

Through clashes, rivalries, and romance between teammates, Nicholas and the boys of Kings Row will discover there’s much more to fencing than just foils and lunges. From acclaimed writer C.S. Pacat (The Captive Prince) and fan-favorite artist Johanna the Mad.

When is it coming out?!

31st of July 2108!!!

Why do you want it?!

I am a big fan of C.S.Pacat (two of my three Captive Prince books are signed!) and I am really interested in reading her new story. I am intrigued and excited, as from experience from Captive Prince, Pacat has the remarkable ability to blur the lines between love and hate.

Why does everyone else need it?!

Everyone else needs it because I am going to take the risk and say that the graphic novel will be great! (Fingers crossed!) If you can’t wait for the book and want to experience some of Pacat’s work, I would recommend jumping into the first book of the series, Captive Prince.

Everyone also needs Fence or Captive Prince because Pacat is an Australian author and we need to support her and the mainstream publication of LGTBIQ content ❤
