“If you are cold, tea will warm you;
if you are too heated, it will cool you;
If you are depressed, it will cheer you;
If you are excited, it will calm you.”
― William Ewart Gladstone
With the weather slowly becoming colder and the rain starting to really set in, March is the month that my tea habit begins. My past excitement for the warming months has worn off, particularly after the 48 degree day, and now anticipation for winter is starting to show. The urge is there to slow cook, to wear scarfs, and to wake to the fear of leaving the warmth of the quilt. The last option however is what keeps the complete excitement at bay, so it is the warm-ish and ever-changing Autumn months keep me happy.
What better way to kick off Autumn than with tea! So grab your tea pots, mugs, and cute duck-shaped strainers and let the brewing begin.
